The tipi opening on Saturday was fantastic!Thank you Sarah and Ian for your big vision
and all of your hard work. While this
photo is a little blurry, I thought it was a good example of the lengths these
two went to in setting up the installation. Thanks to everyone who brought delicious food and instruments. It was such a fun day.The tipis look amazing in that empty lot
juxtaposed next to the scarred buildings.I really like the view from Broad
Street where you're looking up to these big structures.
Good work folks! If you couldn't make it to the tipis on
Saturday then please make sure to swing by sometime over the next few
weeks. They'll be up until November 1st
and you won't want to miss them.

session of sorts this week.Ellie and
Jonas will head out to Whitlock on Wednesday.Jonas, Patrick and I are headed to Atlanta
tomorrow for an Artist-in-Residence panel discussion at the Museum of Contemporary Art.Patrick is working on Poetry Out Loud and
Wofford stuff.Everyone is so busy I can
hardly keep up!See you next week.Don't forget to come out for the Art &
Politics Show on Wednesday...7-9pm.
