It’s hard to believe that the AIR Exit Show is a week away! This year is flying by. I hope you can come out and show your support for our residents who have worked so hard all year. If you’ve been keeping up through my update or their blogs (or if you’ve been hanging out over here) you know that all year they have been making art/writing, been very involved in our community, and have had a huge impact on the things that go on everyday at HUB-BUB. So…please come out and show your support for them next week. 5-9pm with Patrick reading at 8. Cheers…

In preparation for next week, this place is buzzin’. In addition to the Exit Show, DanSynergy is next Saturday (the 21st) at the Chapman Cultural Center. So…not only have Sarah and Ellie been busy with their work for Thursday but they’ve also been building and filming and who knows what else for Saturday’s performance. Patrick and Jonas have collaborated on some broad signs that will be on view (and on sale) next week. The images include some of Patrick’s lovely poems and show off Jonas’ screenprinting skills. Very nice. Like I said, the show will be a lot of fun, so please come out. The Art Walk is downtown from 5-9. We’ll be here the whole time but you want to make sure to be here at least at primetime (8 pm)…
