First - Make Day.  Make Day was a big hit (after the am torrential downpour, the sun came out and it was a nice day).  We had a bunch of "makers" spread out around downtown.  Nicholas was screenprinting t-shirts and Derya was knitting.  Rachel helped man the HUB-BUB table and everybody helped eat the Make Day cake.  Thank you Liz Blanchard.  You are a baking queen!  Next we have the Trashion show.  Derya, Rachel and Stephen have gone to Greenville to model Derya's Trashion design for a local tv station.  It should be a great event on Saturday night so I hope you all can be here.  With live music by the Antibodies, a few sculptures from the OSB recycled art contest and lots of Trashion outfits...its guaranteed to be a good night!  And as for the AIRs...

Arielle is busy with College Street Team stuff.  She's helping to organize a swing dance lesson that will be in The Showroom on April 30th.  Check out the events calender for details.  She'll be hosting a sater for a few HUB-BUB folks on Sunday night which I'm really lookin' forward to.  Derya is making pom-poms.  Enormous ones from what I hear.  She's also helping out with the Art Car project and busy designing a fashionable button/vest for HUB-BUB folks to wear at events.  Interesting.  Nicholas' brother Matt was visiting from Minneapolis for a week.  They did some hiking and biking and took a general regional tour of Greenville, Asheville, Charlotte, etc.  He screenprinted some killer limited edition HUB-BUB t's and is working on a bunch of HUB-BUB bags for Earth Day.  Stop by and pick one up!  Rachel is finishing up some interviews for the HCWP website.  She's also up to her ears in Trashion Show.

That's it for now.  See you next week...
