In conjunction with the city-wide Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Unity Celebration,
HUB-BUB will present an exhibition of work by local artists.
We invite you to submit work that reflects the theme of this celebration,
The King in You: Think It. Speak It. Live It.

When is the MLK exhibit? The exhibit will run from January 9-27, 2012 with an opening reception on January 12 from 7-9pm.

How do I apply?
 Fill out our online registration form HERE .

When is the application deadline?
 December 7, 2011

How will artists be chosen? 
If there are more artists than our gallery can accommodate, a lottery system will choose participants at random.

When will I be notified if the lottery chooses me? 
December 12.

What is the fee? 
It is free to apply and to participate! If you sell work out of The Showroom, however, HUB-BUB will take 30% commission of your sales.

How much room/how many pieces can I submit? Each participant is limited to about 8 square feet (roughly 30"x40") or 3 works, whichever is greater. Framed art/canvases must be wired and ready to hang and your name should be on the back of your work.

If the lottery chooses me, when would I deliver my work to The Showroom?

Drop-off will be:
Thursday, January 5, 10am-6pm
Friday, January 6, 10am-6pm
Saturday, January 7, 10am-2pm
